  Absolutely horrible! Please do not be ripped off by this woman like we have. She is notorious for going into your policy and making unauthorized changes so it raises your monthly payment which is on auto pay like mine. Then when you are told you are going to get a credit for what you were overcharged she will only give you a the smallest portion of what you're supposed to get back. For instance in August 2015 I suspended a policy if the intent of renewing it in 2016. In October of 2015 she went into a policy is reinstated it without our consent and and charged us for $72 for a policy we did not want at that time. We had to swallow the cost of that one because we did not see a credit at any time. The only thing she did was back date the charge to try an cover it up as if it never happened also in May 2016 my dad and I share a policy that is billed separately she made an unauthorized change by removing our multi-car policy which raised it $204 a month and we were told we were going to get a credit back but now she is only willing to give us $45 out of the $204 for the two policies that were overcharged. Don't be fooled by her fake smile she is nothing but a scam artist that sits behind a desk! Oh and Lisa when he told me there is no corporate phone number one of your fellow agents was willing to give it to me.
