  They don't deserve one star. I only had an account with us bank for 2 weeks and it was the worst experience I have ever went through with any bank. I was told that us bank was the place to go so I opened an account with them. 2 days after opening the account I went and deposited my check and activated my debit card. Then after I left I tried to get gas and it was declined. I went back into the bank to ask why it was declined and they said there was a hold on my account. I asked why and all they could tell me was it had to do with suspicious activity with my first deposit. I ask them to remove the hold and give me my money which they did. Everything was fine until I tried to use my card again a few days later and was declined. I went in a second time extremely angry and they told me that the account was closed and my money was being sent to me. I told them I need my money to get gas so I can make it to work and they told me they can't give me MY money. So I wasn't able to get to work and am still waiting on my money. I have emailed the account coordinator which stopped replying once I asked why my deposit was suspicious. Long story short I will never bank with them and will make sure none of my friends or family banks with them.

  They sell loans but know nothing about the process of selling a car, neither employee knew how a bill of sale or car title works, they have no answer, just airhead referrals to a useless corporate phone number that doesn't work.
